Kerning, boardsmanship, enthusiasm. An idea only comes to life with hard work and passion. You've got to love the work to sell the idea.
I don’t buy the get-a-ribbon-for-just-showing-up mentality. I work hard. And I over-deliver. Not because it’s my job. Because it’s my nature. When I don’t feel that way, I’ll try something else.
